Joe Gray
Co Founder/Managing DirectorJoe and sport have always gone hand in hand. From a successful playing career the natural progression for him was coaching.
With over 18 years experience in working with young people from PE Teaching both in London and N Ireland through to working with the Irish Football Association, he has used his expertise to co found Skill School NI.
Joe has multiple coaching certificates the highest being his UEFA A licence.
Passionate to ensure young people have the best experiences in sport and can gain some of the life skills and opportunities that it has given him.
Paul Dixon
Co Founder/Managing DirectorWith a BA Hons degree in Sports Coaching and Sports Development as well as a number of other coaching qualifications in a variety of sports, Paul spent several years as a football coach at Premier league club Southampton FC.
He has gained global coaching experience in places such as the USA, Poland and during his time as a coach on board a range of cruise ships.
Paul is passionate about his work in youth inclusion and mental health where he has worked on nationwide initiatives to help tackle these issues.
His motivation is to ensure that Skill School NI empowers young people by using sport as a tool to develop important aspects of society such as inclusion, teamwork, resilience, healthy living and many others.
